Do you remember Antz, the movie?
It was captivating for most of us since it reflected a unique world from the perspective of, you guessed it right, ants. We felt a direct emotional connection with ants and the main character, Z 4195. The movie was very popular at the end of the ’90s because it had a unique selling point that consisted of a different worldview and imaginative universe.
We have great news for you if you have read and felt excited about the paragraph above: Ookeenga is a game that players battle each other and explore the world of Ookeenga with insects! In addition to the ant race, the Antuk, there are four more insect types that you can play with, such as cricket, moth, mantis, and beetle. They all have their own in-game name, lore, motivations, population sizes, and characteristics… you name it. The best part is that the game is on-blockchain (Binance Smart Chain network) with its NFT assets and cryptocurrencies, OKG and KAB, which means players can earn revenue while having fun and exploring this magical universe! Ookeenga has different game modes focusing on PvE (player vs. environment) and PvP (player vs. player) as a play-to-earn real-time strategy game.
Ookeenga’s gameplay combines different genres that are popular in the gaming world; real-time strategy, card collection, and tower defense. In the game, players will command their forces on a battlefield and try to eliminate enemies and their core towers in a three-minute time slot. The game ends after successfully destroying the opponent’s tower, and players claim victory for their tribe!
In this insect-filled, civil war-ravaged world, the players guide their people toward Khoom, vanquish the Amukras and their armies, and then annihilate the ferocious boss Amoik to liberate the Khoom energy from her control. Players need to gather heroes and troops among the insect races to achieve this challenging mission. Each of these heroes and troops from the insect races is modeled after real-life bugs, and each species differs in personality and size. For example, the Antuk, the ant-inspired race, has massive numbers in the population, while the Mantah, the mantis-inspired race, has a low population.
Maybe we hadn’t noticed any difference when we encountered an insect in nature, but insects too are different from each other, just like us humans! In Ookeenga, each character comprises five features: body, class, rarity, body parts, and race. The bugs have a distinctive phenotypic and strength, thanks to these features with a potential of jaw-dropping 80 million different possible character combinations!
Ookeenga uses two cryptocurrencies, OKG and KAB, for different purposes. OKG is the governance token of the game and has a supply limit. Players need OKG tokens to buy, sell, trade NFTs, breed, or enhance particular items. In addition, players can use OKG tokens for staking, renting, and purchasing limited edition NFTs through periodic sales. This token will be used to reward players for their success in tournaments or special events. On the other hand, the KAB token is the game’s in-game currency without a supply limit. This token can be used for in-game features such as breeding heroes, enhancing items, and crafting new equipment.
Ookeenga is developed by CROS Game Studio. The studio members have worked in the game industry for a long time, collectively with more than 50 years of experience. Some members even worked as high-ranking officers in huge companies such as Nokia, Samsung, and Microsoft. With a solid core team and great advisors, CROS Game Studio has managed to develop partnerships with important players in the blockchain ecosystem, such as Spores, SkyVision Capital, Exnetwork Capital, 7 O’Clock Capital, ZBS Capital, PathDao, MGG, Sonat, Unilayer, Apio Gaming Guild, Good Games Guild, Coincu, and many more.
In addition to all of this, Ookeenga will hold up an initial exchange offering (IEO). Thanks to this IEO, the crypto exchanges will help oversee the token sale by ensuring the project vetting process is scrutinized. Therefore, investors and gamers would have a securer way to purchase tokens with funds directly during the IEO phase.
Since we handpick our IDOs, we thought it would be great to work with Ookeenga. Aside from its fun gameplay, deep lore, and huge potential, its tokenomics is quite respectable as well:

With this IDO, we are introducing a new system, the Investor Protection Program (IPP). Thanks to this protection program, our investors can invest in our IDOs with peace of mind since the funds raised by the IDO remain in control of Spintop; if the token price drops below the IDO price and remains at that price for five consecutive days, Spintop reserves the right to refund the remaining vestings to the investors. For more detailed information about our IPP, you can check this article.
